We’ve always believed that a gig can change lives. So we created a platform for fans to experience more of the shows they love in the most hassle-free way possible.

Making ticketing fair

In 2013, getting a ticket for a show was a chore. We pared everything back, put the price upfront and made tickets mobile – now it was possible for fans to get tickets in seconds and impossible for touts to exploit them. None of this should've been revolutionary – but at the time, it was.

Getting personal

Fans tell us they hate not knowing when their favourite artists are touring, so we build a way for every fan to access personalised recommendations, and let them know about shows that matter to them. A number of other fan-first (and industry-first) features soon followed: Refunds, Waiting List and Saved Events.

Going global

In 2018, Kanye gets word that none of our tickets end up on secondary sites, so he does his album launches through DICE. At the same time, we expand our offering to include arts and culture and launch in the US, France, Spain, Italy, India and Australia with artists like Sam Smith and FKA Twigs, and partner with festival legends Primavera Sound.


COVID-19 brought the live scene to a screeching halt. Pretty much overnight, we go from selling tickets in six countries to over 160, establishing a ticketed streaming platform which allows artists like Lewis Capaldi and Tobe Nwigwe to perform for fans around the world. Nothing can stop fans from enjoying a live show – not even a pandemic.
